5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus offers are valid for a specified period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after that period expires.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once from a single account.
• If a Member wishes to cancel a bonus after accepting it, they may contact support — however, any portion of the bonus already used cannot be refunded.

Prohibited Activities
